If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact page after carefully reading our return policy.

You have 30 days after you receive your product to make a return at your own cost, there will be no restocking fees .Read conditions bellow :

Cancellation of an Order - Change of Opinion: 

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

The Product Never Arrived:

If your product have not arrived after a maximum of 15 days, please contact us. Our estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 days, not including the time required to prepare and ship the products, which is between 1 and 5 days.
Please allow more time, up to a maximum of 25 days, as there are some circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, mail delays, and customs.
After 25 days, if your order hasn't arrived, we'll immediately issue a full refund.

Damaged on Arrival:

 If your product was damaged upon arrival, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at support@snikou.com. You will have two choices after verification of the support and confirmation of the case: we can either send you a replacement product or a full refund.

Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:

After the product has arrived, you have 30 days to report any issues. If the product is damaged or does not function within this time, you can return it to us at your expense, and we will provide a refund.

Buyer's Remorse:

At SNIKOU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sneaker and slipper purchases. If you experience buyer's remorse, you can return your unworn items in their original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact our customer support at support@snikou.com, and we'll guide you through the return process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make it easy for you.

Exchange:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your product.

Please keep in mind that to exchange your product must be unused and in its original packaging you will need to send it to us at your expense. To get assistance with the procedure, please email our support department at support@snikou.com.

Wrong Product:

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to send it back to us at our expense, and we'll offer you a full refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with our product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide. Then email our customer support at support@snikou.com for assistance with the process.

If we approve your return, you'll receive instructions on how to deliver your item as well as a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.Once your item is received at our warehouse then you can expect the refund or credit to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
