Can I change my billing or shipping information?

After placing an order, it is recommended that you do not modify the billing or shipping address information. If you need to make any changes, please notify our Customer Service Department at support@snikou.com promptly during the order processing stage and provide details of your request.

If your package has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to accommodate your request to ship to a different address. However, if your package has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

How do I know if my payment has been received?
