Cancellation of an Order - Change of Opinion:
Kindly note that order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of the purchase time. Any cancellation request made beyond this time frame cannot be accommodated, as the order would have already been processed and fulfilled.
The Product Never Arrived:
In the event that your product has not been delivered within 15 days, please get in touch with us. Although our estimated delivery time is typically between 7 and 10 days (excluding product preparation and shipping time, which can take 1 to 5 days), please allow for extra time, up to a maximum of 25 days, as certain factors outside of our influence (such as inclement weather, mail delays, and customs) can potentially cause delivery delays.
If your order has not been received after 25 days, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Damaged on Arrival:
In the event that your product arrives damaged, kindly take photos and videos of the damage and send them to our customer support team at support@snikou.com. Once our team verifies and confirms the case, you will be presented with two options: a replacement product or a full refund.
Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:
You have a period of 30 days after receiving your product to report any issues. If, within this timeframe, the product arrives damaged or malfunctions, you may return it to us at your own cost for a refund or receive store credit for the same amount, which can be used to reorder a new product.
Buyer's Remorse:

If you experience buyer's remorse, you can return your unworn items in their original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. Exchange:
You may exchange your product within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product remains unused and in its original packaging. Wrong Product:
